I had this item on my wishlist for a while but couldn't stomach the price for what seemed like a cheap product. However, it was just too perfect for my space so I decided to go for it. I'm not disappointed.I would assume the price is high because there aren't many like this out there, but I will say that the quality is better than I expected. Something to note, as many reviews have done, is that pulling the tray out is much harder than I anticipated. I hope it breaks in with use, but it's usable as-is. It has a nice soft close and is very easy to install. The lid prevents smells from escaping and also gives you a nice shelf to put things on so you don't waste all the space above the garbage.
